No contact and no response to my texts?

I sent a couple texts and haven't attempted to try again since Friday or Saturday with NO response. I just don't understand how he's discussing marriage and then blow me off. He's not the type to have someone else and/or play games. He's a NO DRAMA guy. He is going to be 40 in a week and has never been married, has no kids and has never lived with anyone. Is he trying to tell me something or is it just that he's not used to having to "check in" so to speak? I just feel like giving up on a great guy but don't want it to be a misunderstanding. In the past two days I've taken five pregnancy tests, three were negative and two had very faint positives as soon as I took them. He called back the next day leaving a threatening message stating him & his supervisor will give me until Tuesday to work with their program & if I don't want to they are going to call cps & file an official report against me. It says this right on the voicemail. I've hired an attorney but he is in court today--- can they do this?? Should my fianc� amend the police report that she LIED on? She was so upset and mad when the cops made her right it. NO charges were filed! And this guy came here and knows there is nothing wrong & our child is not in a violent home! Ex has stopped communication...does this mean he's done?

My ex fiancee and I were together for six years and we have a ten month old daughter together. About a week ago he came to me and he was tired of the fighting and said he didn't love me anymore and for two months he has been thinking about breaking up. So I left with my daughter on came to my parents house on Sunday, it's now Wednesday and since then we have had minimal contact on Sunday he texted me telling me he had an interview for a job we had been waiting on forever for him to get and then never followed up. Monday I texted him but he didn't respond so I called him and he did respond and we talked for a bit about our daughter but nothing about us. Tuesday and today I have texted him a couple times but he won't respond.....I asked him if I should just move on forget about us and he won't respond. I know he is getting my texts bc he is still talking to his mom, but I am starting to become heartbroken. Our break up came up around the same time he was texting this woman a lot. I asked him to stop but he said it was nothing and I didn't need to worry about it. Since we left before I made it where I can't see who is he talking to he is still texting that woman constantly. I took him off my account so I wouldn't obsess. I said I would give him space bc before I left I asked him after a couple months if we could reconcile and he kept saying he didn't know, wasn't sure of what the future held and he wasn't making any promises. To not talk to him for a day is killing me, and his lack of response hurts even more. My question is why he is not responding, could he have moved on already with this woman or is his lack of response bc he is doing no contact to try and move on? I talked to his mom and she said since the split he has called a couple times crying about it, but I dont know if it's only over our daughter or also me. While some argue that they are taking the jobs that we don't want and coming for a better life. I'm not really upset with it, but there are things that irritate me. When my grandparents immigrated to the U.S. from Germany. One of the things he had to do (and most naturalized citizens still have to do) is learn to read, write and speak english. My grandfather's neighbor came over asking for coffee in German and my Grandfather told him you can't ask for coffee at a coffee shop in German you'll get discriminated. If the Germans, French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, and other countries had to learn the english language why can't they? Our country is known for the english language (the universal language as some people call it) when statistics show it might turn in to mexican/spanish. This bothers me because if I had come here from a European country and had learned the english language then come to find that I have to learn mexican/spanish because we want to make them comfortable. (ie. Having all the signs be in Spanish and English). I don't have problems with naturalized/legal mexicans (or any person from another country who is legal), but the illegal ones seem to take advantage of our health care. Some (not all) have children in the U.S (making them American citizens) and that allows the parents to stay in America because their newborn baby is legal and they need to care for it. Severely Depressed and Alone.?

I'm 19 years old and I just graduated from high school. I don't get any joy out of life anymore and I'm not even excited about being done with high school. I have only a few friends, roughly ten. I hide the fact that I'm depressed in front of my friends. I moved around schools a lot in high school which probably didn't help. I am generally outgoing and nice, and some people tell me I'm funny. I have never had a girlfriend in my life and am still a virgin. Believe me, I have tried many times to get a girlfriend and always get rejected, which ruins my pshyche even more. I'm in fairly good shape and people have told me over the years that I'm good looking. I have been going to a phychologist who has been practicing for over thirty years. And after two years he hasn't done me any good. He doesn't seem to relate to me because he's nearly 70 years old. I tried a few anti-depressents and the side effects were too much to handle. My parents just think that I'm just going through normal teenage stuff and don't understand the seriousness of it. Deep down inside I feel completely alone and empty and often think about offing myself because I feel like my life isn't really worth living. I have always felt completely disconnected from the whole world and I don't really relate to anyone at all. None of my life seems enjoyable even when I'm with my friends and lately I have been losing interest in all the things that I used to enjoy. I often cry when I'm alone for no apparent reason. The whole world just seems bland and plane. Seasons don't even effect me, I feel the exact same way in the winter and in the summer. My fear is that I'll wake up in twenty years and my whole life will have just past me by right before my eyes. Frequent urination, and fishy smell?

In the past few days I have noticed that I have to frequently urinate and even after I urinate I still feel the urge to as if I didn't get it all out and will shortly after have to go again and will experience the same urge right after emptying my bladder. Not bc he had a bad resort from my childs dr but bc he looked over the police report & he feels we need it. My fianc� knows this isn't cps so she told him she wasn't interested in his program & he said ok. He called back the next day leaving a threatening message stating him & his supervisor will give me until Tuesday to work with their program & if I don't want to they are going to call cps & file an official report against me. It says this right on the voicemail. I've hired an attorney but he is in court today--- can they do this?? Should my fianc� amend the police report that she LIED on? She was so upset and mad when the cops made her right it. NO charges were filed! And this guy came here and knows there is nothing wrong & our child is not in a violent home! Our dr gave a perfect report! Even stating we have always been a loving caring family! Can they use this scare tactic threatening message to get us to join their program?
