HELP ME PLEASE!!!im very in need?

My Brother might get deported to mexico i live in el paso , he commited a crime when he was 18 and now hes 21 hes missed his courts and missed his probation and the thing where he needs to sign every week ? hes married and has 2 girls , my mom is really worried and we all just want this resolved is there any way i can prevent from him getting deported ? if they catch him he already has an order of arrest , just please help me ? in any way that i can help him to stay in u.s.
