Should I date yet another guy that has no US citizenship?

I imagine he got deported for not having any status. As for whether you should or should not date yet another guy in a similar situation, that's really up to you. However, unless you do something about it this time if you marry again, you'll remain at risk for having the same thing happen. if you marry, you could file an I-130 immigrant petition and then have him get an immigrant visa interview back home. he'd be ineligible for the visa due to his illegal stay, but he could apply for a waiver, and if he gets it, return and live here legally. Of course, there's no guarantee he'd get the waiver, but his chances are probably good as long as that's his only immigration problem.
