Deported mother wants to child visitation?

i was living in claifornia. i was deported and currently live in baja california, mexico. i have 2 children and was in a 10 year relationhip with father of children. previously my ex allowed me to bring see children and would bring them done to baja so i can see. he know refuses to bring children to see me unless i perform sexual favors. is there anyway i can get any kind of visitation of myh children. thier grandmother can bring them to me.
