Immigration question?

My best friend was deported recently about a week ago, immigration only held him for about a week before sending him to Mexico. I didn't have a chance to speak to him before all this happen now my question is, is there anyway i could help bring him back? He was brought to the US when he was only 8 years old he is now 19. All of his family is over here including his parents and siblings. Now i know immigration looks down upon you if you have had criminal history in the past. All the tickets he's gotten in the past were juvenile tickets from when he was younger? So basicly can he come back?
