If i go to vacation and when i come back if that time my sponser computer is block did they deport me ?

hi , i am working on indepandent visa due to two year completion with first sponser my sponsership not transfer , now i plan to go vacation in end of auguest & will come back on mid of september i have a question if my sponser is under red category when i come back did they deport me ya give me entry
