If I was born in Mexico and I became a us citizen but my parent is a us citizen can I still get deported?

If you ARE a US citizen, you can't be deported FROM the US unless you LOSE your citizenship. Your parent's citizenship, or lack thereof, is ONLY relevant to the extent is effects if YOU are a citizen.
