If an illegal kid was left on the street would the state take him-foster care or would he be deported?

first the Department of Social Services or the Police In Charge/Social Worker will investigate the child about her/his family background etc. and if the officer in charge knows where the child resided they gonna bring the child home (if he / she has a home) if none the government should find a temporary shelter for the child.And in her / his temporary shelter he/she should be given of what is fitted for her . If the child resided in other countries like (philipines etc.) the government will contact the embassy because in every nation there is an embassy.
