HOW can Mexicans and other deported illegal immigrants manage to reach USA many times,after their deportation?

why is the border not secured..god help..many families in india,are getting ruined, men just want a good life in usa,leaving their wife n kids back home...they are up to any criminal thing to reach Usa.
