Why doesnt Obama want to deport all of the Illegals?

I not really sure what his problem is. He hasn't done anything he has promised to do. Now that there are more and more people coming to the USA through Mexico he is just getting lazier and lazier. He's just trying to give them all citizenship so he doesnt have to deal with them? WTF!?!?! Not very long ago i was watching the news and it said Obama was playing golf in Europe... Meanwhile, in California they are releasing 33,000 prisiners because the budget is not giving them healthcare... Just.... Godamnit.
