Im marrying a muslim man who is here on student visa.?

im marrying a muslim man who is here on student visa and i was wondering would anyone knw if he does not return to college/tech after were married will he be deported?? somone please help as we both truely love each other and want to be together i also so suffer frm epilepsy!!! were getting married on thursday PLEASE HELP !!!
