Unable to enlist..suggestions?

You can give it a shot! Right now though, we're over strength, so they're cracking down on a lot of situations that were previously waiverable. If you really want to do it I'd say go for it, but if you're looking at the Army Guard as a "last resort" I think you should reconsider.
