Please someone help me, my cousin having some trouble?

My cousin who is from Jamaica was married and just received her 2 year visa to come to NY. She been here since the 6th of June, since then her husband has been treating her really bad kicking her out and beating her. She afraid to leave because she has two kids that's were born in NY she is afraid to take the kids and he call the cops and she is afraid to get deported. Can someone please tell me if I go pick her up and have her stay with me can he get her deported or is it best for her to just come out and leave the kids
