Someone please answer ! :(?

My dad got deported a couple of years ago. they said he was allowed to come back in 10 years, but he still has 6 more years to go. my grandmother is dying. she only has 2 days left to live. is there anyway he'd be able to come back to america just for the wake & funeral? I would hate to see my dad not being able to be here for his own mothers death :/
