If Georgia illegal immigration law is declared constitutional, will the govt. reimburse farmers for workers?

they are losing. Farmers are complaining that the vast majority of their hired hands are undocumented/ illegal aliens, and they can not afford to raise wages to lure americans to replace illegals that are deported. I think people are failing to realize that farmers just might jack up prices of some agricultural products to make up for money they are losing. This will hurt people nationwide as farmers generally have some of their products imported to other states. Did the government of Georgia not realize this?
