Why is she ignoring my texts?

I wont get super into it but theres a chick i work with who seems friendly and flirty in person, but ive been noticing lately that shes been ignoring my texts, after work i texted her and got a flirty response but yesterday and today she ignored the 1 text each day i sent her, why???
