My partner got deported from UK as he was an over-stayer help advice needed!?

My boyfriend came over from Pakistan in 2006 and over-stayed, in 2009 he was driving without insurance, drunk and was caught by the police.. he then was deported to Pakistan within a few days... I then went to Pakistan and secretly got married to him (Islamic way). Now I want to call him over.. am I able to call him over? would he be able to come to join me in the UK? hOW LONG BEFORE HE COULD COME? please help me
