If I trow water ballons at cars and houses can the cops somehow find where I live? ?

The world is getting pretty screwed up. It will depend on your community standing how much your parents will have to pay. Is your mother a assistant district attorney - there will be no formal charges. Is your father in the air force - you will pay less. Does your family get food stamps - you may be put in foster care and your parents imprisoned. Yeah, seriously. If you can afford a lawyer things will go better for you. When I was a kid you would have been in trouble at home not by police. And your parents would have found out because adults in the community knew you and your family and made a phone call to your mom. Laws are selectively enforced and crimes prosecuted unjustly so I don't know what would happen. You might still get away with it, but warn YOUR children when and if you have any not to even try it. They will surely be able to pull DNA or prints off the broken rubber balloon and instantly match against their database of vital info which will be required of all babies as soon as they are born which also will be illegal to have anywhere other than a hospital at which time they will also be implanted with a chip to monitor the citizen's location at all times and archives stored forever. OK... maybe it won't be THAT bad... but.... it is up to US to change the system that is rapidly becoming insane.
