Do i have an anger problem i don't know about?

Earlier i was looking through some dvds at the library and this ***** woman turns around and looks at me like a rude look then looks back at her computer i guess i was standing behind her but i saw her look at me i looked back with a rude look in response anyway i was shaking as if i wanted to go to her and knock the **** out of her with a punch to her face or poke her f'ing eyes out so is there a problem with me or is it normal:)
